Privacy Policy

This page explains what monetizationguy.com (the "Site"), operated by Guy Alon, collects from you, what it does not, and how the free tools handle your input. The short version: we do not store the contents you submit to any tool, and we use first-party analytics for traffic patterns.

1. Tools: what happens to the data you submit

The Site offers free tools including the AdSense Readiness Checker, the AdMob Approval Checker, and the Mediation SDK Checker.

We do not store the inputs you submit. This includes website URLs, app store URLs, bundle IDs, pasted build.gradle / Podfile contents, and structured form selections. Each request is processed in-memory on a server, the result is returned to your browser, and the input is discarded. Nothing is written to a database, logged to disk, or shared with third parties.

What we do record (analytics only): a fixed set of aggregate events when you run a check, intended only to understand which tools are being used and which checks fire most often. These events include the tool name, a score band, the list of check IDs that failed or warned, and timing metadata. They do not include the input contents, your URL, your bundle ID, or the contents of your build files. Events are sent to Google Analytics 4 and PostHog under standard contracts.

For the AdSense Readiness Checker and AdMob Approval Checker, we also fetch publicly accessible URLs (your site's homepage, your app's store listing, your developer website's app-ads.txt) to run automated checks. These fetches use a transparent user-agent string identifying the tool, respect redirects, and do not bypass authentication.

For the Mediation SDK Checker, we do not fetch any external resource on your behalf. The tool reads your pasted dependency text or structured form input, parses it locally on the server, and looks it up against a static database refreshed weekly from public vendor sources.

2. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored on Beehiiv (our newsletter platform) per their privacy policy. We do not store newsletter emails on this Site directly. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

3. Contact form

Messages submitted via the contact form are delivered to Guy Alon's email inbox. We retain them for the purpose of replying and managing the relationship. We do not share contact messages with third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 and PostHog for traffic analytics. These set first-party cookies to identify return visitors and measure session-level engagement. They do not collect personal information beyond what those platforms describe in their own policies. The Site also uses essential cookies for navigation and rate-limiting on the tools.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a tracking blocker. The tools themselves work without cookies; the cookies only affect analytics.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to external resources (Beamflow, vendor GitHub repositories, Google documentation, LinkedIn, Calendly, Beehiiv, and ad-tech vendor sites). Once you click out, those parties' privacy policies apply. The Site is not responsible for what external services do with your data.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and on the homepage.
