1. Content and educational use

Articles, guides, minis, newsletters, and any other content on the Site are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They reflect opinions and operator experience, not professional advice for your specific situation. Ad monetization outcomes depend on many factors outside the Site's content. Do your own testing and use your own judgment before acting on anything you read here.

2. Free tools

The Site offers free tools including the AdSense Readiness Checker and the AdMob Approval Checker, and the Mediation SDK Checker. These tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Results are estimates based on publicly available signals and a hand-curated knowledge base. They are not a guarantee of AdSense or AdMob approval, rejection, or any other outcome. Google AdSense and AdMob approval decisions are made by Google, not by this Site.

The tools are advisory only. The Mediation SDK Checker, in particular, is informational. SDK and adapter compatibility data comes from public sources (vendor GitHub changelogs, Google Maven, Apple App Store, Google Play) refreshed on a weekly cadence. Versions, deprecations, and known issues change between refreshes. Always verify against the vendor's official documentation, GitHub repository, or release notes before making integration decisions. The tool's output is a starting point, not a substitute for testing in a real build.

We don't store the data you submit. Inputs (URLs, store URLs, bundle IDs, pasted build.gradle / Podfile contents, structured form selections) are processed in-memory on the server only long enough to compute and return your result. Nothing is logged to a database, persisted to disk, or shared with third parties. Aggregate analytics events (which tool was used, score band, which checks failed) are recorded without the input itself, so we can improve the tools over time. See the privacy policy for details.

You are responsible for the URLs, apps, and dependency files you submit to the tools. Don't submit URLs, apps, or build files you don't own or have permission to scan. Automated abuse, scraping, or use of the tools in a way that disrupts the service is not permitted.

3. Consulting engagements

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. The Site itself does not create a consulting relationship. Booking a free 30-minute call or submitting a contact form does not obligate either side. Any ongoing engagement requires a separate scope and agreement signed by both parties.

4. Newsletter

You can subscribe to the newsletter by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. The newsletter is hosted on Beehiiv and subject to Beehiiv's terms in addition to these.

5. Intellectual property

Content on the Site is owned by Guy Alon or MonetizationGuy unless otherwise noted. You can quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Don't republish full articles or reproduce tools without written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to external products and services (Beamflow, LinkedIn, Calendly, Beehiiv, ad-tech vendors, etc.). These are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. The Site isn't responsible for third-party content or outages.

7. No warranties, limited liability

The Site and all content and tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guy Alon and MonetizationGuy are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost revenue, lost rankings, or adverse AdSense decisions.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
