1. Content and educational use

Articles, guides, minis, newsletters, and any other content on the Site are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They reflect opinions and operator experience, not professional advice for your specific situation. Ad monetization outcomes depend on many factors outside the Site's content. Do your own testing and use your own judgment before acting on anything you read here.

2. Free tools

The Site offers free tools including the AdSense Readiness Checker. These tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Results are estimates based on publicly available signals. They are not a guarantee of AdSense approval, rejection, or any other outcome. Google AdSense approval decisions are made by Google, not by this Site.

You are responsible for the URLs you submit to the tools. Don't submit URLs you don't own or have permission to scan. Automated abuse, scraping, or use of the tools in a way that disrupts the service is not permitted.

3. Consulting engagements

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. The Site itself does not create a consulting relationship. Booking a free 30-minute call or submitting a contact form does not obligate either side. Any ongoing engagement requires a separate scope and agreement signed by both parties.

4. Newsletter

You can subscribe to the newsletter by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. The newsletter is hosted on Beehiiv and subject to Beehiiv's terms in addition to these.

5. Intellectual property

Content on the Site is owned by Guy Alon or MonetizationGuy unless otherwise noted. You can quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Don't republish full articles or reproduce tools without written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to external products and services (Beamflow, LinkedIn, Calendly, Beehiiv, ad-tech vendors, etc.). These are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. The Site isn't responsible for third-party content or outages.

7. No warranties, limited liability

The Site and all content and tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guy Alon and MonetizationGuy are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost revenue, lost rankings, or adverse AdSense decisions.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
